Arrange artistically on a very large platter with sliced English cucumbers, tomatoes red peppers, and delicacies such as fresh mozzarella, sliced cucumbers, carottes gratinées, olives and artichoke hearts. Add an exotic item such as lichee nuts. Flavor with a variety of dressings and fresh herbs. Garnish with lemon slices.
