Everyone in
our family makes pizza.
Maddie makes
thin-crusted delicious pizzas with white whole wheat flour and prosciutto
and vegetables.
Big Bruce makes
focaccia.
Sean makes gourmet
pizza with goat cheese, prosciutto and roasted peppers. Sean also
uses low moisture ricotta cheese. His preferred dough is from Stop
and Shop on Aquidneck Island. The dough is made in Fall River. Some
of Sean's vegetable combinations include: roasted egg plant with
ricotta and pesto and mushrooms, red pepper strips with pre-steamed
broccoli or asparagus, also with pesto.
