Author
of Lee's Recipes site, Lee has had a life long interest in cooking. She
steers clear of all bland British/Irish/American cooking, but absolutely
loves to cook up hot spicy dishes, such as spicy Tunisian couscous, hot
Italian pastas and fiery Asian fare. Born in Newport, Rhode Island, Lee
has a special interest in seafood and New England cooking.

Although Lee owns well over 400 cookbooks, she most often just cooks
without using a recipe. However, she does read her cookbooks and scours
the net for recipe ideas. When she does use recipes, she chooses reputable
sources and then follows the recipe exactly. If left with no choice, she
will substitute. (see substitutions).
