We adore any sort of Asian dumplings, ravioli, spring
rolls, wontons, and the like. Bruce and I are both regulars at Mary
Chung's where we always order Shrimp Wonton Soup and Peking Raviolis.
Look for dumpling and wonton recipes in cookbooks by Ming Tsai and Martin
Yan and also in the gorgeous Savoring China by Jacki Passimore.
Potstickers are called guotie. Dumplings are jiaozi.
