Made Tuesday, October 11, 2016, the day Sean, Marion and Thomas came back from Germany. Salmon is coated with horseradish, grainy mustard and lemon zest. Everyone liked it.
- Lee's Scallion Spinach Frittata in the Bella Electric Stone Pizza Oven, created on Saturday, 9/17/16. It came out great; cooked up fast.
- Spaghetti with Seafood (Spaghetti ai Frutti di Mare) with clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops, garlic, white wine, herbs and Olio Verde al Limone; made this without the $35. 1/2 liter olive oil; instead I drizzled with regular Extra-virgin Olive Oil + some fresh lemon; it was good 8/26/16. Love the method of ccoking spaghetti until almost al dente and finishing in the sauce a la Lidia.

Chicken Tortilla Soup II Houston style using Rotel tomatoes and Taco Seasoning; I made this 1/13/14 and it was very good. It would have been even better with homemade chicken broth.

- Tuna and Anchovies Over Capellini from Cento Fine Foods made 1/12/14. Used white tuna in oil, no anchovies, and added some olives. Good but will make more authentic version.

- Mussels with Pasta in the Fagor Electric Multi-Cooker made June 30, 2013, with Dianne. This recipe needs tweaking because pasta was not done enough. This idea is very convenient; just one pot. I tried it with Little Necks too. See my notes at the recipe site.
- Oven Roasted Salmon with Parmesan-Mayonnaise Crust made Sat July 21, 2012 for Bruce, Sean and Marion. People enjoyed it but thought that Parmesan was too strong for fish. I liked it fine.

- *Crème Brulée Bonjour made 4/17/07 brulee torch would not stay on ;-( but creme was good. I made it a second time using 2 creme brulee machines and it was really good. This time the machines stayed on. I may someday get a blow torch from Home Depot.
- Bistro Chicken Roll-Ups by Chef Melissa I made this 4/17/07 for Dukie, Mary, and Dianne. It was just ok.
